Purchase terms and public offer

1. The seller

2. The contract

These terms are a public offer. By placing and paying for an order on this page you accept them in full and enter into a contract with Kyoto Spa (Kioto Spa) LLP. No registration on the site is required.

3. What you buy and what it costs

A Kyoto Spa gift certificate is the right to receive the network’s services (SPA rituals, massage, programmes for two, bath and cosmetic treatments) for the stated amount or for a specific SPA ritual.

A certificate for an amount — from 5 000 ₸ to 500 000 ₸; a certificate for a ritual — at that ritual’s current price in the chosen salon. Prices are shown in tenge and are final: they include all taxes, and no commission is charged for payment or delivery of the certificate.

4. How to place an order

1. Choose the city and the certificate amount, or a specific SPA ritual.
2. Tell us who the gift is for, and give your name and phone number; an e-mail if you wish.
3. Choose the language of the certificate.
4. Confirm that you agree to these terms and proceed to payment.
5. Pay for the order; once the payment is confirmed the certificate appears on the order page.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, in tenge, through Kaspi.kz: the “Pay” button takes you to the secure page of the Kaspi.kz payment service, and you return to the order page after paying. Card details are entered on the payment service’s side — they are not passed to the seller and are not stored by the seller. There are no extra fees.

6. Receiving the certificate

The certificate is electronic. Once the payment is confirmed it appears on the order page (the “Download” button), usually within 15 minutes; a copy is sent by WhatsApp to the number you gave and, if you left an e-mail, to your inbox. Delivery is free and has no geographic limits.

7. Validity and booking

The certificate is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase at any salon of the network. A certificate for an amount can be spent on any service of the salon; a certificate for a ritual — on that ritual or any other of the same value. Any remaining balance is kept for your next visits within the validity period. The certificate is not exchanged for cash — a refund is possible only under clause 9.

8. Cancelling an order

An unpaid order is valid for 3 hours and is then cancelled automatically — no money is taken. You can place a new order at any time.

9. Replacement and refund

Replacement. If there is a mistake in the certificate (name, amount, language) or the file will not open, message the salon’s WhatsApp or write to hello@kyoto-spa.kz. We will replace it free of charge within one working day.

Refund. You may withdraw from an unredeemed certificate within 14 calendar days of purchase. Message the salon’s WhatsApp or write to hello@kyoto-spa.kz, giving the certificate number and the buyer’s phone number. The money is returned by the same means it was paid (to the card used for the payment) within 14 calendar days of your request. If the certificate has already been used in full or in part, only the unused balance is refunded.

10. Personal data

To process an order we collect the names of the buyer and the recipient, the phone number, the e-mail (if given), and technical details of the order: amount, date, time and IP address. The data is used only to issue and deliver the certificate and to contact you about the order.

The data is shared only with those without whom the order cannot be fulfilled: the acquiring bank (to process the payment) and messaging services (WhatsApp, e-mail). It is not published and is not passed to third-party marketing databases. It is kept for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To withdraw your consent, obtain a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, write to hello@kyoto-spa.kz.

11. Payment security

The page works over a secure HTTPS connection. Card details are entered on the bank’s side with 3-D Secure verification; they are not available to the seller and are not stored. Access to order data is limited to responsible staff. All operations are logged.

12. Other

The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the seller’s location.
