I came back to Kyoto Spa - and I was hugely impressed! The service is of the highest standard — from the doorway you feel the attention given to every guest. Maxim on reception accompanied us throughout the visit and was very attentive and courteous. Stunning aromas of essential oils fill the space, helping you sink into a state of harmony. Quiet and calm reign everywhere, letting you forget the bustle of the city entirely. Special thanks to Bibigul for an incredible massage — the hands of a real professional! I finished the session with a cup of fragrant tea in the Wellness Zone, which was the perfect end to my visit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who values quality care and attention to detail.
